How can I solve Hackshield Issues? |

If you have trouble running Soul of the Ultimate Nation due to Hackshield issues, please follow the steps below:
1. Check the error code you get from the alert message.
2. Find the relevant FAQ topic thread from Hackshield Error Report forum.

3. Read the situation written under ‘Symptoms’, check again if this is what you experience.
4. Read the system conditions written under ‘Causes’ and check if you have the condition stated in the FAQ.

What are Mayan Items? |

※ Please note there is failure probability for crafting Mayan Jewels or Metals.
You can create elite armors and Kalbus special accessories just from Mayan Jewels (Lv4) and Mayan Metals (Lv4).
(At the moment, boots/gloves/protector/belt/shirt and Kalbus special accessories for each class can be crafted from Mayan Items)
※ Please note there is failure probability for crafting elite armors.
You can aquire Mayan Jewels and Mayan Metals from field monsters (Monsters in Battle Zone or Cursed Towers do not drop Mayan Items).
They could also be purchased from the Item Shop under PP Card Only category (available only for W Coin(P))

What is a lucky monster? |
|
|
Lucky monsters are different than regular monsters. If players do not kill them in certain time it will run away. It will show up randomly in some fields but it will not show in mission rooms. Lucky monsters will drop various of items including AC items.

(I don’t see a monster for my quest. |
|
Please click on your quest under your quest list and abandon the quest. And click on the NPC again.
If you still don’t see the monster, please re-log in and try the quest again.

How do I disband a guild? |
|
1. Guild master must withdraw all the guild members so there’s only guild master in the guild.
2. Guild master must go to Guild Manager npc.
3. It will take 3 days to take full effect.
4. Your guild will be disbanded after 3 days.

How do I create a guild? |
|
|
You can create a guild by talking to Guild Manager in each town. You can create/disband your guild when you fit into followings:
■ Conditions to create a guild
1. Guild master should not be in another guild.
2. Guild master’s lv has to be 20 or higher.
3. Guild master must have 100,000.
■ Conditions to disband a guild
1. Guild master must do the guild disband.
2. There should not be any other guild members when the guild master disband a guild.

How do I delete my items? |
|
Open your character inventory window and you will see a small trash can button on the bottom.
Click on the button and then click on the item you would like to delete.
Then you will see a warning pop up window asking if you are sure to delete that item.
Press OK to delete your item.

I cannot enter the portal for the mission. |
|

Please check the followings regarding the Mission Portal.
1. Have you accepted and/or finished the mission quest? (Including your party members)
2. Is your level lower than the required level for the mission? (Including your party members)
3. Is your character is under penalty from PvP
If you don’t fall into any of above options, please send us inquiry we will check it for you.

Re-buy items that I sold to the general store? |
|
|
You can re-buy up to 5 items from the general store. The re-buy price will be the same as the price you sold. You can only re-buy 5 items that you sold recently. However, the record of items you bought will be deleted if you logged out, changed the channel, and changed the server and cannot re-buy them.

Can a fenrir disappear? |

Yes. Fenrir has a durability and without a consistent repair, it may disappear.
Please make sure that you repair Fenrir with a jewel of bless regularly.

Once your account transfer request has been processed, please proceed following.
1.Log-out from game MU Online if you are logged-in.
2.Log-on to website MU Online and Go to http://muonline.webzen.com/News/Event/Default.aspx?iBS=47 to apply for Real Time Account Transfer.
3.Wait 5 minutes and log back on to game MU Online to see your characters transferred.
